Sanford Carter Pepper - Confederate Pension Transfer Application

Marshall County

Before me J. H. Carter, Judge of Probate came Sanford Peppers now a resident of this Marshall Co., Ala., but a Confederate Pensioner from Franklin County, who being duly sworn deposes and says that he is eighty seven (87) years of age and race as a first class pensioner, and he respectfully asks that he be changed from Franklin Co., to Marshall County.

Sworn to and subscribed before me this 27th day of Sept. 1907 and I being certify that Mr. Peppers is very old and infirm and he looks to be over 80 years of age.
