Will of Robert Hamilton PeppersThe State of Alabama I, Robert H. Peppers, of Boaz, R. F. D. #2, of the State of Alabama, County of DeKalb, declare this to be my last will and testament. 1. I give and bequeath to my wife Caroline Peppers, all of my household furniture such as bedding and other things, all of my personal property, such as stock and money, or securities for money, which shall at my death, be in or about my house, and also, all real estate, known as the Robert H. Peppers farm, so long as my said wife shall live, and at her death I will, that all my property, hath personal and real, be sold. 2. I give and devise to my beloved son, John S. Peppers, the sum of five dollars. 3. I give and devise to my beloved grand daughters, Izeler, Inez and Emmeline Peppers, one twelfth of my entire estate. 4. I give and devise to my beloved son, Willie J. Peppers, one twelfth of my entire estate. 5. I give and devise to my beloved son, James L. Peppers, one twelfth of my entire estate. 6. I give and devise to my beloved daughter, Mary E. Cassel, one twelfth of my entire estate. 7. I give and devise to my beloved son, Robert M. Peppers, one twelfth of my entire estate. 8. I give and devise to my beloved son, Henry F. Peppers, one twelfth of my entire estate. 9. I give and devise to my beloved daughter, Martha E. Williams, one twelfth of my entire estate. 10. I give and devise to my beloved son, Samuel W. Peppers, one twelfth of my entire estate. 11. I give and devise to my beloved daughter, Laura L. Hall, one twelfth of my entire estate. 12. I give and devise to my beloved daughter, Dartha J. Williams, one twelfth of my entire estate. 13. I give and devise to my beloved daughter, Nannie D. Peppers, one twelfth of my entire estate. 14. I give and devise to my beloved son, Charley R. Peppers, one twelfth of my entire estate. 15. I appoint my friend, General J. Naler, executor of this my will. In witness whereof, I Robert H.
